The Labino Standard MPXL Ultraviolet UV Inspection Lights offer many advantages over previous technology. Using a new type of low wattage bulb, they produce a higher UV output - yet generate little heat. This means that these black lights are safe to use in dark areas as they stay cool without the need for inbuilt fans which draw dirt into the lights. The Labino Standard MPXL ultra violet lights are sealed to IP65 allowing them to be safely splashed with water in Penetrant wash areas. Various styles of lamps are available operating from either mains or battery power supplies. Full UV intensity ( - 45,000µW/cm2, beam dependant) is achieved after about 5-15 seconds from start up, and can be powered down and restarted immediately with no wait times. The Labino MPXL series of UV blacklight lamps produce very high UV light intensities, creating extreme excitation of fluorescent material, which makes it possible to see things, in daylight and at great distances, that was impossible with former technology. Unaffected by surrounding magnetic fields and sealed to IP65 standards, in rugged aluminium housings, the Labino UV lights are designed for the industries where they are used.

The Labino® SuperXenon UV inspection lamp 35W are based on MPXL technology. The Labino® SuperXenon UV lamps contain the electronics and bulb in a single housing and is available with either no handle (SXNH), a pistol handle (SXPH) or as a top handle (SXH). Labino® SuperXenon 35W UV Lamp has all the features as the 50 W version but has lower UV intensities. Some industry standards state a lower UV intensity must be used. This 35W SuperXenon allows for this but still giving you great operating features and portability.

Labino’s LED overhead inspection lamp, GX Orion, is a modular system that can be used to cover large areas. There are three different models to choose from, remote controlled with multiple UV intensities, UV on/off button only, and UV and Visible (white) light on/off buttons only. The GX Series family of products has been specifically designed to meet the ASTM E-18 and ISO -12 standards as well requirements set by the PRIMES. The optics used in the GX Series meet the Roll-Royce RRES specification. All GX Orion models have a built-in PLC interface designed to connect to your PLC system.
